Stampin' Up! Craft Room Sale - Sunday, May 20th

Over the past 10 years of being a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator, I have assembled quite a large collection of stamps and much more!  And each year, when Stampin' Up! unveils their new catalog, they are forced to discontinue a sad number of sets to make room for new ones!

As a result, most of my sets are now discontinued.  Although there are many sets that I want to hold onto, there are many more that I'm willing to part with.  So I'm going to have a crafter's version of a garage sale - a craft room sale!  And yes, that means inside the house!!! My friend Pat will be bringing a number of her stamp sets to sell as well.

Everything will be discounted below the original catalog price, most 50%-80% off.  Stamp sets will be available on a first come basis.  Once they are gone, they are gone for good! In addition, we will also have discontinued wheels, cardstock/paper, ink pads and other accessories available for purchase.

Many of the stamp sets, I'm selling can be previewed by clicking here.  Pat's sets will not be available for preview, you'll just have to come check it out.  Wheels and other accessories also will not be available for preview.

Stop by my house on Sunday, May 20, 2012, between 1PM and 4PM to check out the selection, have a snack, enjoy a little fellowship, and of course, do some STAMPING!

When you get here, be sure the sign up for the door prizes.  I will be holding a drawing every 30 minutes (note: you must be present to win).

This will also be a great time to purchase your new catalog and order any items that will be discontinued on June 1, 2012.

Other Accessories: Circle Scissor Plus (or other circle cutter, plate and pencil for tracing and a pair of scissors), Jewels Basic Rhinestones, Dazzling Details, Lunch sack
Note: Cut large circle in 1/2, then fold and crease the 1/2 circle into three equal sections keeping the round edge lined up and creating a point in the center of the cut straight edge (you should end up with a what represents a triangle).  Unfold, then fold the outer 1/3 section back over itself, where the center of that section lines up with one of the original creases.  Repeat for other side.  Center 1/3 section should remain uncreased.  Put folded paper (skirt) in Embossing Folder and run through Big Shot.  Use butterfly wings from the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die and Big Shot to create angel wings.  Punch hair and head pieces and assemble.  Cut a strip of paper to create arms to hold sign/name tag.  Halo is made with rhinestones. Dazzling Details was used at the bottom of the skirt, just to add a little sparkle.

Think outside the box: Don't just add pictures to the green squares (well do, but)... also add a picture or other keepsake sticking out of the stocking...  Add journaling and/or pictures to the white cardstock tucked behind the upper photo frame (this item slides in and out). Cut a slit in your sheet protector, just big enough for this sheet, so you can pull the tab in and out when viewing your album.
